A single, friendly app that walks your patients to the right infusion suite or clinic, surfaces their treatment plan, labs and coverage clearly, lets them check in on side effects in seconds, and answers questions with an AI helper that doesn't just talk — it guides. It works across all your Nebraska clinics, and turns new-patient paperwork into a guided online flow (no PDFs). Built on a proven multi-tenant platform, themed for Nebraska Cancer Specialists.

Turn-by-turn indoor directions to any room, floor, or building — step-free routes, parking, and "take me to my infusion."

Treatment, labs & coverage

The patient's treatment plan, infusion schedule, lab counts, care team, insurance and estimated cost — in plain language, pulled securely from your records.

AI helper + symptom check-in

An agentic assistant that guides you and (signed in) checks your treatment — plus a daily symptom check-in that triages side effects and says when to call.

A straight answer on privacy

You asked whether we can use APIs to serve insurance and other private information. That's exactly the right architecture — with one honest correction: an API doesn't move health data "outside" HIPAA. It stays protected wherever it goes. What the right design does do is keep that data inside your systems:

Net effect: real patient value, with the smallest possible privacy footprint. Crucially, the hub, wayfinding, and a general AI helper carry no patient data at all — so we can launch those fast while the patient-data piece goes through approvals.

The PHI-free hub

Branded home, alerts, links directory, general AI helper, and wayfinding (pick-your-start, no hardware). Web + mobile. Low risk, high visibility.

Phase 2

Live blue-dot

Add a true "you are here" with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi positioning, and "navigate me to my appointment."

Phase 3

Patient data

Secure sign-in to show treatment, labs, coverage & appointments — gated on EHR access, a BAA, and hardened hosting.
